These terms apply to the Gymrevo member app (web and iOS), operated by VEKS 1 EOOD („ВЕКС 1“ ЕООД), company ID (ЕИК) 104661822, registered at 22 Hr. Botev St., Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. By using the app you accept them.

1. The service

Gymrevo gives members of partner gyms training programs, workout tracking, progress tracking, meal plans and coaching tips. Access is included in your gym membership: your gym creates your account, and the app works while your membership is active. There are no payments in the app — memberships are bought and renewed at your gym.

2. Not medical advice

Programs, meal plans and tips are general fitness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and seek medical help if it doesn't pass. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using equipment safely.

3. AI-generated content

Much of the content is written by artificial intelligence based on what you tell us, with safety rules applied by the app. AI can make mistakes: use common sense, ask your gym's trainers when in doubt, and tell us about anything that looks wrong. AI features need your consent (see the privacy policy).

4. Your account

Keep access to your email secure, since login codes are sent there. Give accurate information, especially about your health. Do not misuse the app, try to access other people's data or disrupt the service. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

5. Content and rights

The app, its exercise library and videos belong to Gymrevo, your gym or their licensors, and are for your personal use only. Your data and photos stay yours.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the app available and correct but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for injuries resulting from training. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Bulgarian law applies. Questions: hello@gymrevo.com.
